SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases come beautifully wrapped and smaller items come with our iconic gift bag making it simple for you on the wrapping! Do let us know if the item is a gift as we can personalise a message to your loved one.
We ship standard delivery (3-5 working days) - and it is FREE on all purchases over £25 for all UK orders.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Should you need to return your item. This is completely fine. You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return the items for a full refund or an exchange. We will then refund as soon as possible (within 14 days from receipt).

Please not custom made and personalised product we cannot accept returns on. However we send you an image of the product for your approval prior to sending out.
